Territory Sales Representative

We are looking for a full time, highly motivated territory sales representative to develop relationships within Unisex Hair Salons, Barbers and Beauticians by showcasing our exclusive brands, such as Affinage, by developing existing and securing new relationships within the industry.

Working across a defined geographical territory covering Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Bridgend, Llanelli, Carmarthen, Haverfordwest & Cardiganshire you will meet salon owners and take responsibility for achieving and exceeding your own targets on a monthly basis.

The role requires you to be energetic, persuasive, ambitious, confident, hungry for success, extremely organised and to be committed to the role. You will need to have experience in developing relationships, influencing buyers and inspiring continuous improvement by recognising buying signals and acting upon them.

You will need to have an experienced field sales background and ideally have some experience within the hair and beauty industry, a full clean UK driving licence and live within your workable territory.
