Sales Manager - Health drink - Start-up
I am recruiting for a Sales Manager for a brand new Start-up within the drinks industry. The company are a natural healthy drink having just launched into the market recently.
My client are looking for a Sales Manager to help manage current accounts and develop new business throughout London. You would be working closely with the founders and in turn helping to recruit for the wider team.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Manager would be to:
- Develop new business, in and around London initially
- Drive growth in current accounts
- Work closely with the founders to ensure a successful business plan is in place
- Help develop the wider strategy for the business
- Implement promotions and work closely with brand ambassadors
To be successful as a Sales Manager you will:
- Have experience working within Sales in the FMCG industry
- Be a proven relationship builder
- Be eager to get involved in a start-up business
- Have strong knowledge of independent stores throughout London
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
