Interim Supply Chain Director assignment - Rapidly growing Beauty industry organisation.
Our client is a rapidly growing, multi award-winning organisation within the Beauty market.
With an enviable position in the market, the business has a unique, exciting cutting-edge product range that is contributing to their extensive growth.
The business is looking to appoint an Interim Supply Chain Director to continue the improvements made and leadership of the Supply Chain strategy.
The role will be predominantly based from the London head office and due to the worldwide reach of their product and the supply base there will be limited International travel required. Reporting to the CEO and Founder of the business, you’ll manage a growing global team and collaborate closely with country and regional teams.
Responsibilities will include –
· Global Supply Chain management
· Managing the supply chain strategy
· End to end S&OP coordination
· Demand planning for core ranges and new product development
· Supply planning and product procurement
· Logistics, freight and warehousing
· Fulfilment through E-commerce channels
The ideal professional will be a highly experienced Supply Chain Director level professional with knowledge of multiple product categories including beauty/personal care. Clearly extensive stakeholder management experience is essential for this role given the global reach and complexity of the business.
