We are looking for a Business Account Manager to join a highly dynamic food business! This global business boasts a portfolio of the nations most loved brands, renowned for being forward thinkers within their category.
As a business they understand the growing influence of online retail to the FMCG marketplace and as such are looking to expand their online offerings across pure play eTailers Amazon and Ocado.
You will be responsible for Pure-play eTailers Amazon and Ocado driving the UK E-Commerce strategy from a Pure-Play Channel perspective. You will also ensure the "clicks" channel of Grocery/High-Street customers are maximised and managed strategically.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing retailer relations between Amazon & Ocado
- Utilising key data sets to create a clear strategy for their online offerings (promotional plans, JBPs, etc.)
- Ensuring the online offering mirrors what can be found in offline retailers
- Create a succinct strategy online strategy for Grocery / Highstreet customers complementing the overall sales strategy / vision.
What is really important to this business is having an individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about the digital arena. Past experience of a commercial FMCG environment is desired but not essential. What they are looking for is someone with knowledge of how the online retailers operate and has a real desire to get involved with the digital side of FMCG.
Personally the ideal candidate will be driven, focused and inquisitive with an entrepreneurial flair.
