Senior National Account Manager - Export

Our client is an industry leading, fast-growing ethical healthy food brand. Founded in 2011 they have a carved a niche within their sector and are at triple digit growth YoY.

The sales are growing rapidly and the company has to date experienced sales growth of over 250% yoy. They have ambitious plans for further growth in the UK and overseas, and a market-leading innovation plan.  There are plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development in this high-energy, focussed and dedicated team!


  • Finesse and implement the Export Strategy by Country and sales channel, with Head of Commercial, including Route To Market selection, pricing structure, customer prioritisation, promotional plan & trade marketing.
  • Identify, approach, negotiate contracts and manage relationship with the new and existing Export customers – direct and distributors, as appropriate, across multiple countries (principally Western Europe).
  • Create joint business plans and manage P&L for key accounts, monitor performance and trouble-shoot expeditiously
  • Play a lead role in developing country marketing plans and executing marketing initiatives (with Head of Marketing)
  • Develop the strategy for Export trade and consumer events and project manage their execution,  representing the business at relevant domestic and overseas events.
  • As the Export business grows, support Head of Commercial to develop the resourcing strategy, and line manage Export team
  • Regularly and effectively report on the Export business performance to the MD and Head of Commercial

  • Experienced in selling internationally, with 5+ years’ relevant experience

  • You are strongly analytical and commercial, with a good understanding of supply chain
  • You are positive and solution-focused

  • Additional European language skills are a distinct advantage
