Sportswear Brand Ambassador ( Leisure Centres ).

£25k Basic plus bonus plus company car, career prospects are excellent.

Our client already enjoys an enviable reputation in the sportswear arena, with a loyal following in both the retail channel and also sports / leisure centres. This particular role is to manage a customer group of up market sports and Leisure centres. The role’s primary function is to manage and maintain the relationships with the managers of the individual sites, as well as keep a close eye on stock levels, replenishing where necessary to ensure each account’s full sales potential is met. This is more of a merchandising role than a sales role, and requires a dedicated and professional approach to ensure ensure effective and efficiant coverage of the area.

To be considered for this exciting role you should have had recent experience of a field based role ( probably as a field sales merchandiser or sales person ) as self-management is the key to success. You will be required to create and follow your own journey plan, to assess your own priorities, to manage yourself and your resources to maximum effect, and you will need to be comfortable doing so without direct supervision.

A background in sports products and / or selling to leisure centres would be an advantage, but neither are essential as we are very much looking for the right mix of personal qualities of self-discipline, relationship building, and hard work.

In return for your hard work and dedication, our client is prepared to pay a basic salary of £25k plus bonus plus company car, and career prospects are excellent.
