Regional Sales Manager - On-Trade

London

A well-known brand in the UK is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to be responsible for managing Independent On-Trade Customers in the London and South East regions. The role will require you to lead and inspire your team to win new business and develop existing business in the London region.
  • Develop business with a range of independent on-premise bars, pubs, leisure facilities and restaurants through the coaching and development of your team
  • Be part of the commercial leadership team, contributing to the overall sales strategy and direction
  • Ensure the business is achieving sales growth and margin whilst controlling costs
  • Effectively manage your P&L
  • Work to and exceed targets for revenue, margin and profitability


Experience Required
  • You should be a strong leader, with a passion for developing people
  • Proven sales track record and can strive to achieve both personal and team targets
  • Passionate about the Food & Drink industry
  • On-trade channel experience preferred but not essential
