Senior National Account Manager - 2 Direct Report
One of the world’s most successful manufacturers of branded and private label food products are seeking a high calibre Senior National Account Manager. Within the UK the business turns over in excess of £30m, however they have a huge global presence. Their UK business stretches across the Grocery Multiples, High-Street, Wholesale and independent channels. The business holds a leading position in its respective category, remains highly profitable, and has enjoyed extensive growth for several consecutive years. Following an internal promotion, they now looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager.
As a Senior National Account Manager you will be responsible for the strategic growth and development of my client’s branded business. You will be given total autonomy to drive the brands across all customer channels. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will lead the branded team which comprises of two direct reports; a Brand Manager and a NAM. You will also work very closely with the Marketing and NPD teams to profitably drive your customer portfolio. In additional to driving the current branded portfolio you will also be tasked with launching a new range of chilled products into the market.
To be considered for this role you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of building long term trading relationships with the multiple retailers, additional exposure to other customers would be beneficial. You will be currently operating at Senior National Account Manager level and experience with branded food or drinks products is essential.
From a location perspective, the contract is home based with an expectation for the successful candidate to be in their South West office 2/3 days per week.
