Calling all beer, wine and spirits specialists! Are you looking for a rare opportunity in a growing business? Signature Career Management are partnered with a branded FMCG business based in the Midlands looking for an Account Development Manager to drive the business and brands forward.

A very interesting role that will see your time split between managing existing customers and getting out there and developing new business. They offer the successful candidate the opportunity to genuinely make an impact to future growth and are keen to secure individuals who very much want to be a part of that journey.

This is a home based position and key responsibilities will include –

• Full P&L responsibility
• Management of existing wholesale accounts, independent retailers and discounter
• New business development within the wider Retail channel
• Identify and convert profitable sales leads across UK and Republic of Ireland
• JBP development
• Working across the supply chain to ensure delivery
• Host events and trade shows to really get the brands noticed

What will the successful candidate look like?

• FMCG experience within either wholesalers, independent retail or grocery multiples
• Background in BWS – Spirits is preferable
• Polish speaking would be advantageous
• Strong at time management and prioritisation
• Demonstrable experience of profitable growth
• Strong relationship building and new business development skills
• Passion, drive and a hunger to develop new business
