About The Role:

You will utilise your category data experience to analyse and interrupt market and customer data in an insightful way. You will monitor category performance, identifying new trends and opportunities to drive commercial growth. You will have experience in working with the major retailers - Tesco Clubcard and Dunnhumby experience would be considered an asset as this role will focus on the Tesco account. You will support the marketing team to track data and produce insights that assist to identify opportunities to improve category engagement with our clients shoppers and consumers alongside new product opportunities and be aware of wider food trends. The team and culture of this business would suit a dynamic and proactive individual who wants to learn and progress. You will have a real interest in the food sector.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a similar category role as a minimum. You will have Tesco and Dunnhumby experience and have a solid track record of identifying commercial opportunities from category data. You will have excellent data mining / analysis skills and be adept at using Excel.

Minimum Requirements:

As a minimum to be considered for this role you must have experience in a category insight / analysis role.

Salary:

Circa £30,000 - £40,000 DOE with progression opportunities
