About the Opportunity:
National Account Manager – DIY Business – Grocery
- £55,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary
- 26 Days Holiday
- Home/Office Based
- Car Allowance
- 30% Bonus
A fantastic opportunity for you to lead the way in the Grocery Channel Strategy, working closely with the Sales Director & MD. You’ll be the front person facing the Top 4 Grocery retailers in the market – this is a real chance to make a name for yourself.
This role requires you to have drive and passion for their brands and the business. The company has been trading with these accounts for a considerable amount of time, but there has never been a core focus on them. There’s a real opportunity here to take ownership of this channel and make it the top performer in the business.
You’ll be a National Account Manager in a very fast-paced environment and there’s opportunities to learn from the brilliant team they have and grow yourself in the business and the wider PE world. The role includes full P&L responsibility, JBP Planning, HO Negotiations and the opportunity to work with the biggest retailers in the UK.
This role is crying out for a highly ambitious person to take the bull by the horns and push the channel in the right direction.
The National Account Manager role is going to draw out your organisation, efficiency and your hunter mentality skills. You’ll be used to working under pressure and have experience growing product lines and moving into new categories.

- Top 4 Grocery or High Street Experience.
- A high level of understanding in the Grocery Channel.
- P&L, JBP and HO Negotiation experience within the Grocery Sector.
- Commercially Astute and a real numbers person.
- Target driven and has a passion to hit and exceed targets.
- A real ownership mentality with strong influencing skills.
- Ability to work alone, as part of a team and/or cross department is essential.
- You are passionate for yourself, your career and the success of those around you.
