National Account Managers
A global FMCG company with a large portfolio of famous brands and populated with amazing people who are really passionate about what they do is looking to recruiting high performing NAMs/SNAMs to join its UK & I business. Managing key grocery accounts, National Account Managers are responsible for building strong working relationships with customers, developing and executing customer business plans at a category level and are accountable for the day to day contact with the customer buyers, supply chain, shopper marketing, internal category & brand contacts.
The roles requires bigger picture thinking and identifying collective wins for the business. By building and managing great relationship internally and externally, you will develop and deliver the customer strategic business plan for relevant categories, and the joint customer business plan, working closely with Category Managers and Shopper Marketing.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Experience of successfully performing an account management role with a grocery customer
- History of effectively collaborating with Shopper Marketing and/or Category Management
- Commercial experience and exposure to P&L
- Proven history of working within a team environment
