Marketing Director

My client is one of the UK’s most exciting and vibrant casual dining brands; they are currently seeking a Marketing Director to lead the team.

This dynamic position will lead marketing activities within the UK and will hold a key influence in the strategic direction of the brand.

The Marketing Director is accountable for the development and implementation of a seamless, engaging and integrated marketing plan for the overarching brand architecture and any tactical / seasonal activity.

This role is pivotal in setting the direction for the brand and is responsible for delivering the joined up thinking between the in-store and out of store experience to deliver a seamless guest experience and ultimately set the brand apart from the rest!

Critical for the success of this role is the ability to manage and mobilise others as a key leadership role within the business, leading a 4 strong team in marketing, and working closely and influencing the digital agenda to ensure the seamless guest experience at every touchpoint.

This role will also be expected to work with and act as a leader of others in working with other Head of departments and exec members to ensure all activity is delivered brilliantly.

Experience required:

Currently operating at Head of Marketing or Marketing Director level ideally with casual dining / hospitality / retail

Project management skills – this is a fast paced role and the successful candidate will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering a consistently high standard of accuracy

Agency management experience is critical

Team leadership skills; experience of leading a marketing team
