A fantastic opportunity for you to work alongside the MD & Sales Director, carving an impetus into the culture at this important stage of their growth and progression. The new senior leadership team is brilliant, and they want like-minded people to join them on this journey and really get stuck in.
 
You’ll be a Senior National Account Manager responsible for one of the highest profile accounts in the business – it’s a fast-paced environment with great opportunities for progression within the business as they continue to grow in the UK and globally.

As well as managing one of the biggest accounts in the business you’ll also play a huge part in their journey to double the size of the business. This is a real opportunity to be part of something great and create a real name for yourself in the PE world.

This is going to be a challenge, but the right person will see this as a positive.

 

About You:

Due to the complexity of the Account, we’re looking for someone who has previous experience in the DIY Market working with some of the top accounts in the industry. If you have some or all of the below skills, then I want to hear from you:

  • Experience within the DIY Industry is critical for this role.
  • A real ownership mentality with strong influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a small team to lead and inspire those around you.
  • Able to work in a “hands on” management environment.
  • You are passionate for yourself, your career and the success of those around you.
  • You’re commercially minded - You know your numbers and everything that impacts them.
