Commercial Manager - Craft Beer
CSG are currently working with a fast growing craft beer company, which is making its mark in the brewing industry. Already popular within the on-trade, they are now looking to break into Grocer channels and gain shelf space. The business has been focusing on developing a new range of products which has been successful and so has found the need for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to run and oversee all sales-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial attitude to the strategic direction and development of the business.
Following internal promotion this business is seeking a new Commercial Manager to implement long term sales strategies and oversee all sales related aspects of the business. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Sales Manager from a SME or a Senior National Account Manager from a blue chip organisation.
Key Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Creating your strategic growth plan
- Analyse budget
- Analyse quarterly sales trends and set targets for next quarter
- Create and develop superior customer relationships.
- Negotiate and agree contracts.
- Generate long term sustainable business relationships
- Build strong internal relationships and work cross functionally within the business.

Ideally, you will be an accomplished Sales or Commercial Manager who has come from a beers, wines or spirits background selling into Top 4 grocers. Experience of working with private label products would be ideal but not essential.
