SENIOR CATEGORY MANAGER – HEALTHY DRINKS

Office based – Accessible from Sussex/Surrey/ Kent & South London  

Up to £55k + 12.5% Bonus, Car and Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join a category leading healthy soft drinks business where their hero brand holds number 1 status within their sub-category! We are looking for a Category Manager to operate across the Major Grocers such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Morrisons and Co-op. Whilst the brand is number 1 it still has growth opportunities to exploit within the major grocers; targeting secondary sites, front of store and convenience formats opportunities. 

You would be joining a billion turnover European organisation that has world class manufacturing and innovation facilities in Europe. The UK business has a strong identity with a family feel and a leadership team with a huge amount of ambition. Building on their success, the business wants to surpass its previous achievements and continue to develop their position of category leadership. As part of their growth phase they need to appoint a first class Category Manager to support and achieve its ambitious growth plans.

In the role you would be accountable for driving Category Engagement across all Grocery Customers, establishing yourself as a trusted, independent voice, but to also be mindful of the commercial landscape. Your role will be key to delivering long term sustainable Sales growth through Range, Space, Merchandising and Promotional recommendations. Ideally you will have big brand experience with a track record of developing customer relationships and unlocking growth through Category recommendations.

From a ways of working, expectations are to be in the office a minimum of 3-4 days per week; typically 1 day with the customer or from home. The office is based in the South East within the Kent, Sussex, Surrey, South London catchment area.
