National Account Manager - Tesco/Booker
My client is one of the market leaders when it comes to hot beverages and has one of the nation's best-known brands in its portfolio. They place a lot of emphasis on work-life balance and promote a highly accommodating and enjoyable company culture. A key role has become available in their Grocery channel and they are now looking for a progressive and dynamic candidate to manage one of their most important national customers.
In this role, you will have full autonomy over Booker and Tesco formats, whilst supporting the Senior Manager on the core Tesco business. You will build excellent relationships with external customer contacts, including buyers, buyers' assistants, merchandisers and supply chain analysts. You will establish a wide network and become an expert on your customer base, whilst using category insight to build robust JBPs.
Ideally, you will be a National Account Executive looking to take your first step into National Account Management. You will preferably come from a branded goods background and will aspire to move on to Senior level within 18-24 months. You will have previously worked on a Grocery account and will have demonstrated an enviable track record in sales. A clean driving licence is essential for this role.
