Account Executive | Spalding | £22K - £25K

We are working with a leading fresh produce business, who have a new position within the business. Our client is a core supplier to most of the leading UK multiple retailers as well as international customers. They are looking for a motivated, eager to learn individual. Could this be you?

About the role:

Your role will be to assist and support the Commercial team in delivering the day-to-day activities of a key account. Being able to support the business in any area during peak times as directed by the Commercial Manager. You will be over seeing store orders, recording costs and overseeing all aspect of the account while maintaining an effective level of communication with all suppliers and site internal teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

You must have excellent numeracy skills and be competent with Excel, Powerpoint and Word. It goes without saying that this account is a large part of the business and you need to portray a professional image and have the ability to command credibility with the customer.
Tenacity in addressing issues that need resolution.
Willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage your own work load under pressure.
A back ground in fresh produce or a degree in agriculture or horticulture is desired but not essential.
