Position Accountabilities For Business & Industry, Retail and VansExecution Calendar: Translate shopper calendar into actionable in store execution initiatives according to segmentation and reward for in store executionManagement: Two direct reportsGap filling initiatives: Design execution initiatives to mitigate gaps. Engage with categories to get the support and resourcesCategories Liaison: Influence on categories teams to provide with the right solutions to get an execution calendar to achieve Perfect Store Model penetration per segment.Account liaison: Identify area's of opportunity for execution in collaboration with account teams. Understand Account team priorities and execution objectivesSelling Materials: Design, including POS, Equipment and VA'sSelling Tools Performance: Assess the performance of field execution investments.
