Graduate Account Executive
Our client, a growing and ambitious business within the food industry is looking to strengthen their team by appointing a Customer Account Executive to support the Account Management team in handling some of their largest accounts.
This role will appeal to you if you have recently graduated and want to develop your career within National Account Management or you have worked within the food industry and you are now looking for your next move that could take you in to a commercial role.
Reporting in to the General Sales Manager, you will be helping the team manage some of the multiple grocer accounts with food on a daily basis in a responsive and professional manner. You will be tasked with:
*Administering and completing provisional costing data and maintaining costings of the store ranges.
*Assisting in the running of the many shows and events the business attends
*Co-ordinating the customer liaison of unaccompanied samples to ensure arrival time and location are effectively communicated. Follow-up with customer to obtain feedback.
*Responding with minor customer requests and ensuring professional and efficient customer service.
*Coordinating the smooth introduction of new products including communicating timings, responsibilities, production methods, product and packaging requirements.
*Fully understanding the category by developing an insight in to the numbers and the strategic intent of the customers.
