The Business 

A branded manufacturer of adult personal care products is seeing to appoint a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development of the brand within the UK. They are a leading manufacturer of high-quality and innovative absorbent hygiene products. The business has a global presence, employing more than 10,000 people across 50 countries.

The Role

You will be expected to define and implement the Annual Marketing Plan for of the overall brand portfolio within the UK which will be coordinated under a European perspective. You will have the vision to determine local brand strategies in short and medium term. You will be responsible for the consumer facing plan of the business, recruiting, converting and expanding customers for all UK channels helping to develop its UK business plans. You will control the marketing budget and measure the profitability of marketing activities

The Individual

To be successful you will be to plan for both short and long term success. You will be able to Lead, train, develop, monitor and manage the marketing and the B2C team. You should be degree educated, ideally with a master in Marketing or Business Management. You should have at least 5 years experience of marketing projects, ideally with an end consumer B2C focus in an FMCG setting.
