Category Marketing Manager
A branded chilled goods manufacturer is seeing to appoint an experienced category manager with a talent for marketing. The company has put down roots in the UK and across Europe. As a supplier of chilled goods the company enjoys a fast paced working environment where ambitious individuals have the chance to excel and progress.
You will be accountable for the management of insight led analysis, providing consumer and category insights and analytics to help drive marketing strategies and category growth. You will have responsibility of media planning and brand ownership across the portfolio, working with a design agency to further develop the brand. The role will also require you to oversee ad hoc consumer research and focus groups, working with the NPD to bring key insights to life.
To be successful you will be an experienced Category Manager with a broad understanding of marketplace dynamics and analyse various data sources including Kantar, Nielson and AOD. You will have a flair for turning data in a story and be able to drive ideas forward with a flair for marketing. You have a naturally inquisitive approach where ‘Why’ and ‘How’ will be your favourite words and you will have an ambition and desire to ‘be the best’.
