The Business
We are currently recruiting an ambitious Category Executive for an eggcelent chilled goods and desserts manufacturer. The business is driven towards delivering sustainable growth through development of their services and staff. They are very much an environmentally conscious family and offer long term career development prospects for the right individual.
The Role
You will provide support and work with their external customers and internal Sales/Marketing functions to help drive mutual category growth in line with the company objectives through the implementation of category initiatives, delivering detailed insight and presenting to key customers
The Individual
To be successful you will be a graduate or of graduate calibre with at least 1 year of experience working in a branded FMCG environment, ideally within the food or drinks sector. Previous experience in a customer facing role would be beneficial but is not essential. You will have experience of working with industry standard data streams (IRI, Neilsen, Kantar) and retailer specific data streams such as Dunhumby or Aimia. Your ambition will be matched by your willingness to get involved in the business, demonstrating passion and a high work ethic at all times.
