A really exciting position has just become available for a fantastic, well established and thriving company within the Toys/Games industry. This positon is for a National Account Manager that will be managing the main, high value accounts in the company and growing them to meet the targets of the business, whilst working alongside a passionate, close knit sales team to achieve growth going into the second half of 2018.

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of highly premium games and puzzles, ranging from children’s games, to family games and puzzles, to adult party games. They also produce various gift and craft items for children of all ages. Founded over 25 years ago, the company has gone from strength to strength within the consumer goods industry and have grown the business to become one of the most established in their field.

As a National Account Manager for our client, your account base will include major retailers, department stores and discount retail, and you will be responsible for actively growing this account base to meet the targets set by the managing director. Your industry knowledge will play a key part in this position and will allow you to create a plan for working actively on your accounts in order to maximise the sales potential. You will play a pivotal role in implementing the sales strategy across your accounts and developing the business in line with the company vision.

This is a really fantastic and exciting opportunity for someone looking to work with more prestigious and established account base, with a drive to grow and develop not only themselves but the relationships with the accounts they manage. This is a home based role, however the ideal candidate will be located no further North than Birmingham, as there will be a requirement to attend the head office once a month which is based London.

A successful applicant will ideally have an extensive knowledge of the Toy/Games industry, can demonstrate significant account growth and experience with high value accounts, and has a passion for Toys and Games.
