Commercial Accountant - North Wales

This Commercial Accountant role is an exciting and unique mix of financial and analytical support mixed with commercial acumen.

Working with a multi-site and highly regarded food manufacturer that offers an innovative range of chilled food products across all major UK grocery retailers.

As a pivotal member of the group and sites team this role will report directly to the Finance Director and and working as part of the management team of a large Food Manufacturing business, this person will act as a supportive business partner to the Head of Commercial and support the Commercial Team to drive profitable growth.

The role of Commercial Accountant will involve evaluating new business opportunities, pricing models, sales and margin analysis and budgeting processes. It will also involve detailed forecasting and business modelling being carried out in support of the site and group strategic planning process.

Essential requirements for this role are:

• A confident Accountant with CIMA qualification
• Currently working within a food or non-food FMCG Manufacturer
• Solid understanding and experience of major retail pricing structures, rebates and discount models.
• This person needs to be within a reasonable distance of the North

Wales for a site based role, however will be required to travel across the UK to other sites.
