Now we are recruiting a Senior Customer Business Manager with solid experience in client account management to manage and develop one of our leading customers.
 
As Senior Customer Business Manager you will execute an effective account plan maximising opportunities to deliver profitable and sustained value and margin growth for the customer. This will involve building relationship networks within the client as well as working cross functionally with colleagues and client stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and the development of mutually beneficial business plans. You will monitor performance and own stakeholder communication as well as implement promotional plans in-line with guidelines and seasonality. Important will be the ability to meet contract KPI’s, delight customers with your service delivery and enhance our reputation for operating with integrity.
