Regional Manager

Lead and inspire a growing brand ambassador/sales team, in the dynamic On-Trade sector. We are seeking an experienced Regional Field Sales Manager with On-Trade knowledge for our Diageo team. Salary £32,560 per annum + £1500 bonus + company car, phone, tablet + pension scheme. Covering Cardiff, Bristol, Brighton, Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

You will be leading a regional team who are calling into on trade outlets promoting Diageo’s iconic and emerging drinks & spirit brands, including Smirnoff, Guinness and Gordons. The sector and role are fast paced, and many of the team are new, so your ability to motivate and drive performance in others through coaching will be vital to the team’s success.

This role will give you the opportunity to create strong relationships with our client and could be the stepping stone to more senior opportunities for the right candidate.
