The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling compliance and training courses into the financial services sector, dealing with both private and public sector clients. This role is focused towards business development with sales deals taking place at HR, R&D and learning director level, and offering various levels of courses to meet every customers needs. Full initial and ongoing training is standard here.

The Company: Number one in the financial training marketplace, this company is part of a £100 million group with great resources and reputation. They are now looking to expand their sales team in their West Midlands offices with this search for a new Business Development Manager.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will ideally have sold educational training courses
  • Outstanding candidates with strong relationship management experience in the finance sector may also be considered
  • Engaging and self-motivated sales people will fit in well here
Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
  • £38,000 - £40,000 Base Salary
  • + £12,000 Commission Year 1, £20,000 Year 2
