The Business 

A private label chilled manufacturer is seeing to appoint an experienced category manager with a flair for marketing. The company has numerous sites all across the UK. As a supplier of chilled foods the company enjoys a fast paced working environment where ambitious individuals have the chance to excel and progress. 

The Role

You will be expected to work with discounters by analysing data to determine industry and consumer trends and help to devise the term development strategy for a range of product categories. You will need to continue to develop relationships with clients to ensure quality of services. You will support the creation of data stories to drive category growth through support of NPD, commercial and marketing teams. 

The Individual

To be successful you will be an experienced Category Manager who can demonstrate a deep understanding of category management within chilled foods industry. You will have a passion for turning data in a story and be able to drive ideas forward with a flair for marketing. Your ambition will be matched by your willingness to get involved in the business, demonstrating passion and a high work ethic at all times.
