With ambitious growth plans in the UK coupled with marketing investment which would be the envy of many, the opportunity has arisen to appoint a senior marketer capable of driving true change over the next 3 years.
With ownership of all brand communication activities designed to deliver the brand strategy you will work closely with external agency partners to develop and deliver winning strategies that engage consumers every day. As you police the brand the buck stops with you for all external communication activity and therefore you will have a deep appreciation of how brands are made, grown and maintained as you enforce brand guidelines and ensure all stakeholders are fully aligned with the brand plan.
As UK Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing the long term brand strategy, build on consumer insight to develop a communications schedule that truly engages their audience. You will manage the development and implementation of the annual media plan and execution of any new advertising production required to deliver this.
You will be an experienced marketer with a background working for a well-established FMCG brand. You will likely be a Senior Brand Manager ready for your next step on the career ladder or a Marketing Manager looking for a side-step to a highly entrepreneurial team with the flexibility, autonomy and influence rarely achievable in a larger more structured and bureaucratic environment. Significant investment for ATL activity will be at your disposal so experience of TV advertising would be a major advantage to your ability to succeed.
