Business Development Manager - Shott Beverages (Miko Coffee Ltd)

An exciting opportunity for a BDM  to take a range  of products into various channels has arisen within Miko Coffee.

Shott Beverages of New Zealand produces a range of quality natural products which have proven highly successful in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and now in the UK.

Miko Coffee Ltd is the exclusive distributor of these products in the UK and we have an ambitious three year plan to deliver. Successfully  launched in the UK 18 months ago we are now ready to expand and increase our sales via sub distributors and major retailers.

The products include a range of coffee syrups, fruit teas, fruit syrups for use with draft cider, cocktails, frappes etc, as well as  fruit teas in retail and single portion format.  The products are high in quality and have higher fruit content than any other product on the market.

The successful candidate will ideally live close to major road links and MUST HAVE the following skills and experience:

• Extensive contacts within relevant channels  at distributor and group levels; these include HORECA, Foodservice, retail and the licensed trade.
• Be a highly motivated  high  achiever with a proven track record.
• Enjoy working in a pressurised, target driven environment.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
• Be customer focused with a desire to excel in providing a first class service.
• Be prepared to travel nationally throughout the UK.
