Business Development Manager (National Accounts) – Food & Foodservice Sector

The Company: A market leader in various food, foodservice and catering categories, with a multi-billion turnover.

The Role: With the buying power of £1bn+ and backed by an industry-leading budget, you will develop new business relationships within the food and foodservice sector, selling a procurement and consortia solution that will help your customers elevate to the next level. These accounts will be at national level and will include end users, hotel groups, pub groups, and food companies.

The Candidate: You will come from a food, foodservice or catering background, with national account experience, able to demonstrate high-value new business wins. You’ll also have the tenacious and driven attitude you would expect from a top-calibre BDM. Knowledge of procurement or consortia is ideal, but not essential. Knowledge of food along with new business sales is the most important factor for this role.
