Director of Sales Operations CRM Efficiency Expert

Location: Netherlands or other

A commercial opportunity exists to join this leading raw materials company as the Director of Sales Operations within the area of Food and Agricultural. Reporting directly into the VP of this business unit, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Business Development Team to uncover opportunities, boost performance and drive sales. 

Major activities include coordinating sales forecasting, planning and budgeting. Understand process bottlenecks and work with the unit towards process improvements. Implement enabling technologies including CRM updates and role out to field sales team.

Thrive in a team environment. Perhaps you have a background in Agriculture or Food or maybe you don’t. An appreciation of these industries will help. 

Qualifications: Certification in Salesforce. Degree or equivalent in relevant subject. 

Experience: Successful track record in Sales Operations working with ideally within a B2B Agri-business or related industry. 

Personal Characteristics: Conscientious. Tenacity & Resilience. Sense of humour.

You should be available to travel internationally on occasion if required. The ability to motivate people across large geographies and influence at the highest level within different time zones is essential.
