The Advocate Group are looking to appoint a Grocery NAM at a young and ambitious health drink company. They are a passionate, rapidly expanding brand nestled in the heart of London.
 
The company
The company is a young, fast growing, challenger brand who are looking to expand their team following year on year growth since their launch back in 2012. They have had exceptional success in the UK and are therefore looking to expand across into International waters. They are looking to appoint a Grocery NAM to join the team to focus on cementing and expanding the channel.
 
Responsibilities
  • Responsibility of all account management tasks within the Grocery channel
  • Create, implement, review and revise detailed JBP which will drive the achievement of the account full year sales and volume budgets
  • Responsible for all elements of the process including developing existing listings, generating new business, managing product launches and implementing promotional activities to deliver the sales and volume budget
  • Develop customer relationships and raise awareness of the organisation and brand portfolio via ongoing professional conduct
  • Proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and to take responsibility to drive them through the business
  • Launch NPD
  • Submitting promotional plans
  • Gather market intelligence (store visits and online etc.)
 
The Candidate
  • Full profit & loss responsibility of accounts within the Grocery channel
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to deal at all levels and present convincing commercial propositions.
  • Ideal candidate will be in a position to autonomously manage key grocery customers at head office level within 6-9 months from start date
  • Proven track record of growing accounts within the Grocery channel
