The Advocate Group are looking to appoint an Export Manager at a young and ambitious health drink company. They are a passionate, rapidly expanding brand nestled in the heart of London.
 
The company

The company is a young, fast growing, challenger brand who are looking to expand their team following year on year growth since their launch back in 2012. They have had exceptional success in the UK and are therefore looking to expand across into International waters. They are looking to appoint their first hire into the Export division to drive the sales commencement, initially into Ireland, France and the ME.
 
Some of the principal responsibilities
  • New business development/sales of the products within the assigned territory Account Researching, contacting, presenting, contracting and account management of new distributors 
  • Achieving sales and profit targets as outlined
  • Strategy implementation
  • Promotional plans
  • Key role in developing country marketing plans
  • Training and support of new distributors and sales staff that come on board
  • Responsible for supporting distributors/partner from a sales, operational and customer service point of view
  • Ongoing monitoring of CRM system to ensure all data is kept current
  • Responsible for selling the full product portfolio
  • Authorise quotes utilizing CRM system
  • Prepare and revise product forecasts and pipeline
 
The Candidate
  • Proven experience as an Export Manager
  • Experience of working closely on accounts in Ireland and France
  • Knowledge of ME accounts is desirable
  • Full P & L accountability and full understanding of financial metrics
  • Natural ability to influence and network both internally & externally
  • Strong verbal and communications skills to listen to needs of customers
  • A passion for selling, negotiating and building relationships
