A key customer facing sale role with one of the industry’s great innovators.

Happy Pet Products Ltd has a wealth of speciality brands recognised throughout the international marketplace. As a Business Development Manager, your key challenge will be to drive profitable growth with both new and existing clients. You will manage all aspects of the relationship with your customers, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for developing the long term strategy for your customers and respective sales channels.

Deliverables include;

  • A proven track record of field sales experience preferably within the pet industry but not essential.
  • Creating and delivering business plans that encompass both customer and company objectives.
  • Dealing with some significant accounts you will identify and develop higher end business opportunities within the Central England area.
  • Developing strong and viable customer relationships, adding value to your clients.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills together with an entrepreneurial flair.
  • Ability to adapt and embrace change.
