The role will be working on behalf of our client Premier Foods in the top 3 Grocery Multiples (Tesco Morrison's and Asda). The right candidates will be able to lead, develop and mentor a field team of Territory Development Executives to ensure “Best in Class” delivery of ROI, KPI’s and our client’s strategy.  You will be able to maximise the effectiveness of your team through effective coaching, training, development and inspiration. You will be able to drive individual and regional development plans through forensic results and data analysis to drive category sales.

The successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 2 years people management experience, preferably within a Field Manager role. Experience of working with FMCG products in the Grocery channel is required. You will be excited about people development and results focused with a drive and tenacity to succeed. You must also hold a full driving licence. 

The successful candidate will receive a full induction programme, incorporating detailed insight into the Reach and Premier Foods business.
