The Company:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business to grow existing accounts.

Established for over 20 years my client is hugely successful in the catering supplies sector. An ambitious growing company that has become one of the biggest in their sector.

They are looking for an experienced sales person to cover the West Midlands region covering Birmingham, Coventry, Shrewsbury and Worcester.

The Role:

Selling predominately to existing customers you will be tasked with regular visits to these customers keeping them aware of the full product range gaining growth through up-selling and range selling.

With around 200 accounts in the account portfolio this person will require a high level of activity meeting numerous customers daily.

The Candidate:

Candidates will be self-starters motivated by hitting targets with real drive and enthusiasm. It is important candidates are strong relationship builders able to retain and manage a diverse account base that includes hotels, schools, restaurants and contract caterers.

Ideally candidates will already have sales experience in the catering equipment or foodservice sector. People from a FMCG background with strong B2B field sales experience will certainly be considered.

The Package:

As well as a competitive salary, you will be offered a good benefits and bonus package. The package includes company car, ipad, pension, company credit and fuel cards as well as company discounts. Bonus is paid monthly with quarterly and annual overrides.
