Location: Reading/Wokingham/Basingstoke area
Salary: Basic to £25k D.O.E. (OTE £35,000 + benefits)
UK Account Manager required for internal / external sales development role.
Fast-growing mobile data collection business – opportunity to grow into full business development and national account management role!
A company car will be made available after a successful probationary period.
As Account Manager, you will use your skills to manage and grow the existing customer database, turning prospects into customer appointments, sales opportunities and orders! You will promote the company’s auto ID, bar code scanning and mobile data collection devices / support services to a wide range of existing / new users, servicing customers in the retail, logistics, healthcare and public sector markets. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries and ‘warm lead’ calling / telesales to existing and cold calling new clients
- Database management and sales project management / sales with existing clients
- Representing company at trade shows, exhibitions, events to generate leads
- Face to face selling and customer visits across UK

As an Account Manager, you must have some internal / external sales experience, preferably in a related field (e.g. information technology / IT). An understanding of technical / IT / mobile data technology / engineering is an advantage with strong verbal, written and presentational communication skills.
