A Fantastic and exciting opportunity has just arisen within one of the UKs fastest growing premium clothing companies. Since its inception, this business has seen impressive growth from its fledgling brand, to an annual turnover of over £6m to this day, and now with a clear vision of tripling that turnover within the next 5 years. With this in mind, they are now looking to bring in an experienced International Sales Director to really drive new business on more of a global scale.

With a primary focus around new business, this new addition to the senior sales team will bring all the knowledge and experience they have gained throughout their career in sales and be able to effectively apply it on an international level in this new position. As this role will be primarily working with existing, and securing new department store listings, knowledge of this channel would be ideal, along with some knowledge of smaller boutiques.

As you will be managing a sales team, it would be advantageous to have prior experience of managing a team, along with the ability to be able to motivate, inspire and in turn, maximise the potential of the team. Account experience within Europe is necessary as one of the primary performance indicators would be your success to manage the European market.

  • Proven ability of gaining new business both on a domestic and international scale
  • Ideally fashion experience
  • Man management skills with ability to motivate a team
  • A personable, genuine and down to earth character would fit in well with this company
  • Hard working attitude and desire to succeed

The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate their previous experience within account management on a European scale, preferably within the fashion industry. This non-hierarchal company are looking for someone that will fit into their easy going, relaxed culture, but also prove their worth on the business side of things.
