Category Fundamentals - develop and execute strategies for selected customers maximising range and distribution. Track and evaluate categories and performance identifying risk and performance.
Trade Marketing Activation - Work with customer and display teams to design promotional POS and online activation. Lead the innovation plan for new in-store category display solutions for the C&I channel.
Insight, Analysis & Reporting - Interpret all category, customer and shopper data turning this information into actionable insight for range reviews, promotional analysis and sales fundamentals.
Transformation - Drive continuous improvement on ROI by prioritising the biggest opportunities for the business. You'll be responsible for productivity initiatives and lead the objective evaluation of category and shopper development.
Brand Champions - Working alongside the Business Unit teams to ensure there is a clear category, consumer and retailers rationale for our brands.
Customer Relationships - Building long term relationships internally and externally by developing a detailed understanding of key contacts and their strategy, use this understanding to identify opportunities of benefit to the categories.
