We are as a result looking for you to be their next entrepreneurial & health food passionate recruit into the UK Leadership Team as a Senior National Account Manager to be the strategic lead for the UK grocery business.

About The Opportunity:

This is a Senior National Account Manager opportunity on top 4 grocery with one of the most talked about and revered businesses pioneering the category. You’ll take fully responsibility for your accounts, where you’ll work in close partnership with top 4 retailers rather than just managing a transactional relationship.  The P&L will belong to you, visibility is high as you are managing 90% of the UK business turnover. This is all about scaling and seeing the bigger picture, they have a realistic yet ambitious growth plan which you will ultimately drive.

This role is part of the senior leadership team in the European business. You’ll have added responsibility of forming the culture of the team with an opportunity to be heavily involved in developing the structure. You will work in close partnership with the Intl. Sales Director and UK CD to devise strategy and execute distribution growth, NPD and continue the magnificent job these guys are doing.

 

About You:

You need to be a National Account Manager/Senior National Account Manager with extensive experience of managing top 4 grocery multiples in FMCG.

Ideally you will be someone who really wants to work in partnership both internally and externally and shares similar values with the business, truly being consumer focussed and providing the best possible product for your customers.

  • Blue chip training background preferred
  • Top 4 grocery retail experience is essential
  • Full JBP experience and multi-level buying contacts
  • Ability to work at pace and flex your style to match the agility of the business
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Desire to make the world a better place with fantastic food
  • Real consumer focused style of working

You need to be a true team player to help drive the business forward and truly coach and mentor your team to win. Most important of all are your passion for making a difference in the health food & free from market.
