This is a great opportunity to join a FMCG business in growth.

My Client is seeking an Operations Director to support the business through it's growth.

This is a busy complex manufacturing site, therefore we are looking for Food Manufacturing or FMCG experience. As Operations Director you will work with the MD and wider SLT to develop the Operations Strategy for the Site.

My Client supplies into high profile customers, therefore you will have experience of working within very fast paced food environments supplying to high standards and service levels.

There is planned investment for the Site therefore experience of managing Capex projects and commissioning of new equipment is essential.

The culture of the business is defined by its No.1 leader position in it's market place - in essence "can do" approach with a positive attitude.

We are looking for an individual with an operational background who comes from a H&S culture with the ability to develop operating standards and metrics.
