The Role: The Account Manager will inherit a customer base of sub-contractors, installers, retailers and distributors, managing Southern Home Counties territory. Within this field based role you will be tasked with upselling and maintaining/increasing spend, selling a range of PVC, resin non-slip flooring, wall cladding, doors and ceilings to healthcare and hospitality industries; targeting hotels, schools, restaurants etc. Also responsible for negotiating prices, you will work closely with specification consultants, typically dealing with buyers, branch managers and sales representatives.

Their portfolio of flooring and wall cladding solutions are tailored to various industries, suitable for commercial kitchens, wet environments, housing and retail stores - specialist materials are design led, hygiene and safety is assured without compromising the look and feel of the space.

Turning over an impressive £137M, they have a salesforce of 40, offering excellent career opportunities. They are now recruiting due to an internal promotion.

For this Account Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Business to business sales experience
  • Must have field based background
  • Driving license
