Role: Channel Development Manager – Convenience and Specialist
Salary: £55,000 + 20% Bonus + Car
An exciting Channel Development Manager role has become available for an ambitious and charismatic individual who is looking to take their next step up within the spirits industry.
The role is requiring someone with considerable experience in Marketing and or Sales in FMCG who has focused on Convenience and Specialist channels. The ability to analyse market trends then develop and drive the products to commercial success is a must.
Working alongside the UK Commercial team and reporting into the Channel Marketing Controller this role is for a very high calibre facilitator who understands the retail market and one that is able deliver profitable portfolio growth.
Key Duties Will Include:
- Develop & drive key activations
- Identifying new opportunities within the channel and acting upon these
- Market portfolio brands according to agreed channel strategy
- Develop network within key accounts
- Maintaining marketing budget across all ventures
The successful candidate will have had a minimum of 5 years of experience within the FMCG arena, have experience of working in this sector and have previous contacts that they will be able to utilise. They will be very hands on and will have big ideas and be able to think out the box in order to succeed.
