Job Description:

Recruiting for a highly motivated Sales Administrator, working in the main sales office with great staff, across many departments including Sales, Marketing and Social Media, as well as with the Creative Director and Sales Director.

Your role will encompass many administrative duties including:

  • Processing and invoicing orders.
  • Dealing with customers over the phone.
  • Providing holiday cover for other office staff.
  • Reporting and calculating using Excel.
  • Assisting more senior members of the team with their duties.

This is a small friendly team with a personal mentor to provide all training that is required.

The Person:

With previous office administration experience you must have great organisational skills and the ability to multitask. You will have strong IT skills, proficient with Excel and Word. Its also essential to have good qualifications in English and Maths, as well as excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Driving Licence and car advisable due to poor public transport links.

Salary Details:

Basic salary of £19,000pa.
