The company: 
The company is an excellent challenger brand who are looking to appoint a NAM to join their expanding commercial team. They have a strong portfolio and a range of products that they intend to develop in the long term and continue to push through both the Retailer, Discounters and Food-service. This role will genuinely be an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wants to mould a role as and how they wish.
The Role: 
  • Responsibility of all account management tasks within the foodservice channel
  • Create, implement, review and revise detailed JBP which will drive the achievement of the account full year sales and volume budgets.
  • Responsible for all elements of the process including developing existing listings, generating new business, managing product launches and implementing promotional activities to deliver the sales and volume budget.
  • Develop customer relationships and raise awareness of the organisation and brand portfolio via ongoing professional conduct
  • Proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and to take responsibility to drive them through the business.
 
The candidate:
  • Full profit & loss responsibility of accounts within the foodservice / OOH channel
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to deal at all levels and present convincing commercial propositions.
  • Some knowledge of category data, sources, cutting data, evaluating and putting forward a sales proposition.
  • Experience within the FMCG field –private label or branded
