Head of Sales
The Head of Sales to develop and manage the commercial team across their business International Business Channels, under taking recruitment, day-to-day management and sales performance. This is an office-based role in Bristol.
Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic business, specialising in the distribution of branded health and beauty products with customers and suppliers all over the world.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the Commercial team, expanding and managing across three sales channels, including day-to-day management.
The Head of Sales will support the business aims of sourcing and building relationships with key brand owners, manufacturers and distributors, including brand identification, contract negotiation and sales planning. Where appropriate, the successful candidate will also be involved in direct purchasing and sales activities.
The successful candidate will work with company directors to shape and implement innovative sales strategies at both a company and channel level, and to report on implementation and effectiveness of those campaigns.
This is an office-based role in Bristol, with International travel.
The Head of Sales will:
- Have successfully lead a Sales team
- Have FMCG Export Sales experience
- Have evidence of managing a portfolio of brands
- Have an in-depth understanding of international markets
- Ideally have worked in the Health and Beauty industry
- Be a confident traveller
- Be Bristol based, or commutable, with drivers license
