National Account Manager – Foodservice / End-user Restaurants
As a leading business within the world foods category, my client boast an impressive portfolio of continental food products sold to the retail, manufacturing, and foodservice channels. As a privately owned organisation they stay true to their roots and are passionate about all things food and creating the very best products. The business spans over three generations and over 30 years of history, making them one of the UK’s most respected purveyors of continental products and a trusted supplier within their customer base. The current turnover stands at c. £30M, and they play a pivotal role in a wider group of businesses with a multibillion pound turnover. Due to growth, they are looking for a National Account Manager to join the team.
As a National Account Manager you will take responsibility for a range of Foodservice accounts and large restaurant chains. Reporting into the Commercial Director you will be responsible for growing and developing your account base, working closely with NPD to develop new ranges and building new relationships away from your existing customers.
To be considered for this role you must be at either National Account Executive or National Account Management level, and have experience of working with Italian continental products within end user or manufacturing customers. You must be hungry, passionate about food and a self-starter with a desire to progress and develop within the organisation.
