National Account Manager – Premium Restaurants (Coffee & Equipment)

£45,000 - £50,000 + 20% Bonus + Company Car + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading coffee businesses.  They grow and roast all of their own coffee sourced ethically from the world’s most renowned regions. The company produces a number of fantastic retail brands and also provides a full coffee solution including ingredients, equipment and on-going maintenance to the Out of Home channel. Their customer base ranges from the UK’s most instantly recognisable high-street restaurant brands and top grocery retailers to high-end fine dining establishments. They are now looking to recruit a talented National Account Manager to manage a number of key premium restaurant groups and develop new business in this sector.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Managing an existing account base of high-end restaurant groups and deliver profitable growth whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels
  • Writing and implementing the new business strategy alongside the National Account Controller with a particular focus on London and the South East
  • Delivering additional machine sales in existing accounts by working with the customers and discussing the benefit of new equipment to the quality of their offering
  • Developing and agreeing joint business plans with all customers in order to develop the commercial proposition for both parties
  • Assisting with key activations and launch days, participating in installs and promotions as required

In order to be considered for this exciting position it is important that you have strong experience working within the coffee industry OR have managed premium and fine-dining restaurant groups at head office level. You will be ambitious and determined to progress your career and have a true entrepreneurial spirit. You will have a flair for delivering the best in customer service and be able to evidence key examples of new business development.
